Magic Bullet Blender

There are several great drinks that you can make with a handy blender. You can use the magic bullet blender for smoothies and you can use it to  create fantastic frozen drinks.  If you have guests coming over, why not surprise them with a refreshing glass of a frozen margarita.

The rules to making a genuine margarita mean that it has to contain three basic ingredients.  These are tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice.

The complete list of ingredients is:

• 3 parts Tequila
• 2 parts Orange liqueur
• 1 part fresh lime juice
• Ice cubes
• Lime wedges
• Salt

Prepare The Glasses

The first thing to do is to prepare your glasses.  This is done by moistening the rim of the glass using a lime that has been cut in half.  Place some salt in a plastic container or onto a flat plate and twist the glass into the salt until it completely covers the lime juice. Put the glasses to the side ready for use. If you have the space, you can place the glasses in the fridge to chill them before they are needed.

Prepare The Drink Using The Magic Bullet Blender

Place the measurements of tequila, orange liqueur and fresh lime juice into the cup of your magic bullet.  Add some ice cubes.  Place the lid on securely and watch as the ice gets crushed and combines with the liquids.  Once it has reached the right consistency it is ready to be served.

Serving Your Frozen Margarita

Simply pour or scoop the frozen drink into each glass. To decorate the glass, add a single slice of lime and there you have it.  A perfect frozen margarita created with ease using your magic bullet blender.
